Ingredients

  • Frozen watermelon chunks — 3 cups 450g
  • Fresh lime juice — 2 tablespoons 30ml
  • Honey — 1 tablespoon 21g
  • Cold water — 1/4 cup 60ml
  • Salt — 1 pinch
Optional Add-ins:
  • Fresh mint leaves — 4-5 leaves
  • Coconut water — 1/4 cup replace cold water
  • Chili powder — 1 tiny pinch

Equipment

  • High speed blender
  • Baking sheet (for freezing)
  • Chilled serving glass

Method

Step 1 — Freeze Your Watermelon

Cut watermelon into 1-inch chunks and spread

flat on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least

4 hours or overnight until rock solid.

Step 2 — Add to Blender

Add frozen watermelon, lime juice, honey,

cold water, and salt into blender.

Step 3 — Blend Until Smooth

Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until color

turns deep vivid red and texture is thick.

Step 4 — Taste and Adjust

Taste and add more honey if needed.

Add splash of coconut water if too thick.

Step 5 — Serve Immediately

Pour into chilled glass. Top with mint

leaves and lime wedge. Serve right away.

    - Always freeze watermelon flat in single
    layer to avoid clumping.
    - Use fresh lime juice only — not bottled.
    - Add pinch of salt — it intensifies
    natural sweetness.
    - Start blender on pulse before high speed.
    - Store in sealed mason jar up to 24 hours.
    - Place plastic wrap directly on surface
before sealing to keep color vibrant.
